We had an amazing time with Amber & Chase. As you have previously seen, Amber & Chase were fun to shoot at their engagement. While we were at the wedding at the Wright House, Angie was able to see tons of friends she grew up with. She even realized that Chase lived in her neighborhood for over 5 years when they were younger. Sadly, Chase thought that Angie knew that but Angie just realized on the day of the wedding. Angie swears she has been very forgetful since her pregnancy. Anyways, thanks so much to the staff at the Wright House for helping us get this wedding night planned out. Thanks also to Megan Lines for referring us to Amber.

Nichole & Bryan were an awesome couple to shoot!!! They were married at a beautiful location: The Orangetree Resort & Golf Course. Bryan loves golf and this place fit him well. Matt has known Bryan & Nichole for over 4 years while they worked at The Arizina Biltmore Resort and Spa (which is where they met). We were honored when asked to shoot Nichole & Bryan’s Wedding. Bryan has this personality that honestly is so contagious. He is very likeable and friendly to everyone. Angie shot this wedding with one of our friends and awesome photographer: Chris Billey of Largo Photography. (Thanks Chris!!!) And a huge thanks to Nichole and Bryan for making Angie’s day so great… (Look for their album design post soon and their previous engagment session post before the ASU Sun Devils Football Game.)

Wedding
Jessica & Randy’s wedding was in Ajo, AZ. It was nice to get out of Phoenix and shoot in a town in AZ that we, well, never had heard of before in our lives. Which made for some fun and different shots… The wedding was awesome. It reminded me of the town Matt grew up in: Alamosa, CO. The details were pretty unique and it had a very small town western theme. We were tempted to cruise down into Mexico. We saw it wasn’t more than 30-45 minutes away. It was funny cause when we got to know them, we found out that Randy had worked with Matt’s brother-in-law Adam on the Union Pacific Railroad. Thanks guys for sharing your day with us.

Bridal Session

We love shooting a bride before the wedding day. It’s fun to try to keep these photos from the maybe “sneaky” groom before he really gets to see her beauty on the wedding day. Well, Colleen has been a great client and we have become friends. We met her through what we think is a little fate: Our first Bridal Show. Her fiance was in a booth next to us and kept so entertained throughout the long show days. He said to us, “My faince was looking at your albums this moring and fell in love with them.” We thought, “YESSSS!!!!” Not only is she totally beautiful, she really is so sweet. We can’t wait for the wedding on Oct. 14th of 2006. Keep your eyes posted for the wedding photos.
