“Just For Fun” Session

As we winded down our trip to California, it was awesome to meet with some potential clients. They were referred from a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend. We had a great time getting to know them. Then we asked if they would do a session, “Just For Fun.” Trust us, we are super-excited to get to know Karina and Jeff better. They were so great in front of the camera and a really cute couple. We just kinda winged the session down in Pasadena, California. We were really close to the Rose Bowl and we actually shot down Colorado Blvd. which is home to the Rose Bowl Parade. Look for a newer engagement session early next year and their wedding in July 2007. Thanks Guys!!!

We Are On Vacation (Again)!!!

Well it seems that we are going somewhere every month. California seems to be treating us so well. We have not only had the best times of our lives in California, but we’ve also had some amazing clients here that keep on referring us to their friends and family. We are so blessed. We also have our best friends: Justin + Amelia and their son Hudson. (We will add a photo later)

So California is our flavor of the year. Also, it will be our fifth wedding anniversary this Thursday, October 26, 2006. We will be taking an awesome trip to one of my favorite places: Catalina Island. (We will add a post later)

We just used our annual passes to Disneyland for the second time this year. By the way, Disneyland is where Angie’s parents had their honeymoon. We are blessed to be sharing this week with her family (Poppi, Grammi, Krista + Jaden + Garrison + Ashton + Kinley, Steph, & Travis) But here is a little fun from our day at Dinny Land!!! (Or that’s how I like to scream it with Poppi’s southern accent)

Cidney + Kyle had an amazing wedding. The location, Nardini Manor, was kinda out there in Buckeye, AZ (we kinda got lost), had a ton of mosquitos (we got nailed!!!), and was so beautiful + unique (but it kinda looked like the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland at night). Nardini Manor is also where our assistant, Amber, got married in April 2006. They also had one of favorite caterers: Dad’s Catering.

Their wedding was so great, that we are going to post an extra large amount of photos. The wedding season is winding down but this wedding didn’t disappoint. Just like our wedding last weekend (Colleen + Chad), there was a large bridal party and they were just as fun. We love having fun, single, and attractive bridal parties!!! Thanks guys for allowing us to share this beautiful moment with you!

Wedding

Colleen + Chad had one of the best weddings we have ever been invited to photograph. We started in Tempe at Catholic Church where Colleen went to elementary. Then we headed up to Gainey Ranch Country Club’s Clubhouse. Colleen’s the one who we shot the amazing bridal photos of two weeks ago. But she does have a better half: Chad. Chad is probably the one we have to thank the most for this wedding. To be honest, if we only had booked one wedding this year, this one would of been the one we wanted the most and we would of been so satisfied. This wedding had the largest bridal party ever!!! Also, they are by far the youngest and most attractive bridal party. We felt like we were in Ole’ Town Scottsdale on a Saturday at a club with the amount of attractive people. Thanks guys for making our year.

Berkeley Farnsworth

“A Year In The Life”

We were so lucky to be asked to shoot Berkeley Farnsworth’s first baby photos. We met Jillian, Berkeley’s Mom, at Raemarie + Troy’s Wedding in Laguna Beach. She was 8 months pregnant and one of the nicest bridesmaids. We also learned while we were there, that Todd Farnsworth, Berkeley’s Dad, is helping build Angie’s sister’s mansion in Queen Creek. It is really a small world. Anyways, we loved getting to know the family and Berkeley was so cute and so were mom and dad. Thanks guys.

We were really excited to shoot the Barker Family. They are so happy to have a new beautiful baby girl in thier family and we did not only witness this in person, but you can see the love in the photos. Lorelei was Angie’s Cheer Coach back when Angie was at Mesa High School. And Brett Barker was a teacher at Mesa High School. So when Matt was around these three, it was like they all were remembering all of those good times. Thanks Barker Family!!!

Each year we love trying to give back to people. We have been supported by so many good people along with our families and friends. Angie gave a free family session away to a family last year in our local Church Women’s Organization (Relief Society).

We were so glad the Beals remembered about the family session. We decided to do this session at The Pointe South Mountain. Their oldest daughter just gave birth a few months earlier so their family grew much bigger from last year. Thanks guys!!!

Jamie & Andrew got married in Sedona at the Sedona Country Club Resort. It was absolutley gorgous. If you haven’t gotten the chance to visit this beautiful city in Arizona add it to your to do list! Jamie and Andrew are as happy as can be and even though she arrived 2 hours late and she had some delays with her florist everything turned out wonderful and Jamie kept her grace through out the entire day!
